1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 77md platform — available at 77md.io — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77md platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77md reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses, and withhold any funds pending full investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. 77md shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77md recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 77md of a suspected breach.

3.4 Account Closure

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77md accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT. 77md does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payments must originate from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may vary by account verification tier. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. 77md aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method. 77md reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to releasing funds, and to decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 77md does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for players who may be transacting in a different underlying currency through their payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility & Claiming

Bonuses and promotional offers on 77md are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific qualifying criteria for each offer. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered through qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77md reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional reward where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest manner. 5.4 Changes to Promotions

77md reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested for players who have validly claimed an offer prior to the modification.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on 77md are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are displayed within each game interface and each sports betting market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error in any game or betting market, 77md reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 77md will not be liable for any loss arising from a technical error or malfunction, and no winnings generated by an erroneous price or a malfunctioning game shall be paid out.

6.3 Suspicious Activity & Match Integrity

77md monitors all betting activity for patterns that may indicate match fixing, insider trading, or other forms of corruption that undermine the integrity of sporting events. Where such activity is suspected, 77md reserves the right to suspend payout of winnings pending investigation and, if the investigation substantiates the suspicion, to void all affected bets and close the relevant accounts.

6.4 Finality of Results

The results of games and sporting events as determined by 77md's systems and official data providers shall be final and binding, subject only to any error correction procedures described in these terms. Complaints about settled results must be raised with 77md support within 72 hours of settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77md platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market in a manner not sanctioned by 77md.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an advantage not available through normal gameplay.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 77md platform, or using the platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77md staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data on the 77md platform.

8 Responsible Gaming
